We are a contract manufacturer of shear-cut tubular parts. Any workable alloy, tube sizes 0.015" to 0.625" and larger can be cut to lengths from 0.010" ± 0.001" with no distortion of outside or inside diameter and no square edges. Our cutting process is efficient and extremely accurate leaving no wasted scrap. Our process can save you up to 50% on material costs. Get a free stainless steel tubing chart. It is a great reference to keep the ordering process simple. The tubing chart contains the stainless steel tubing sizes in standard gauges 7 to 25 and half-gauges 3.5 to 25.5. The chart breaks down the outer diameter and inner diameter range of light and heavy wall, hard temper, type 304- and 316-grade stainless steel.
